Is teeth whitening safe?

I have heard stories on how it is not good for your teeth as whitening them can strip the enamel. I did some searching around on line and most articles I have read said it "is" safe to whiten your teeth as long as it is done with the right amount of carbamide peroxide. Most teeth whitening systems use 10% carbamide peroxide trays and with that amount it is safe and effective. So just make sure you know what your using when you get them done.

A significant learning about teeth whitening is that you must feel the reaction of your teeth against whitening products. Typically this can make sensitive teeth even more hypersensitive. Which means, very hot and cold drinks and food can easily disturb you as you are eating or drinking them.

Discoloring issue will be taken care of before anything else using whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. That being said, simply use this stuff otherwise you are not likely to be able to whiten your teeth due to inappropriate beginning. You should use kits that have teeth whitening strips. Each of these solutions clean the teeth to great extent.
